Neighbourhood plan consensus statements

A number of people have asked about the “consensus” statements alongside the illustrations at the Neighbourhood Plan exhibition – how was this consensus arrived at, and by whom?

The consensus was the outcome of a “stakeholder workshop” in November 2012, organised and facilitated by CPRE, who were also involved in preparing the exhibition. A report on the workshop can be found here.

    I really believed that there must have been a previous public consultation when I was out of town to reach this consensus but I now BEGIN to see why the questions on the forms this time were SO loaded
