The steering group will be discussing the feedback on its site use proposals from the Town Council meeting on 28 October, and how to proceed with the next stages of the plan.
The group will have to decide whether to accept the services of a (free) advisor from Locality, the agency appointed by the government to advise and assist with Localism projects.
The group will then discuss its Communications and Engagement Strategy (see page 21 of the meeting papers) – a document which has some rather glaring discrepancies with the guidelines on neighbourhood planning produced by Locality.
There will also be a budget update, and a discussion of Compulsory Purchase Orders and Community Rights (including Community Right to Bid/Assets of Community Value, and Community Right to Build).
The meeting will be at 7pm in the Guildhall, and will be open to the public.
